Adjust MyFlavor 40K Review (2026): What the Six Blend Ratios Actually Do

Adjust Myflavor 40k Review Dual 20ml Tanks Six Blend Ratios Burst Mode an 800mah Usb c Battery Up to 40000 Puffs in Normal Mode and About 20000 in Burst Mode

Short answer: the Adjust MyFlavor 40K is the only mainstream disposable that lets you change the ratio between two flavors while you are vaping — six steps from all of one to all of the other. Whether that is worth buying depends on one thing the spec sheet does not mention.

Most “customizable” disposables adjust power. The Adjust MyFlavor 40K adjusts taste. It carries two separate e-liquid reservoirs and two mesh coils inside a single 20mL device, and a button on the side cycles how much of each flavor reaches you.

That is a genuinely new idea in a category where the last three years of innovation have mostly been bigger numbers on the box. This review covers how the blending actually works, what the six ratios do, where the device disappoints, and what it costs per 1,000 puffs compared with the rest of the 40K class.

How the flavor blending actually works

Inside the device are two isolated tanks — one per flavor — feeding a dual mesh coil setup. The two liquids are not premixed. They are drawn in a ratio you choose, so the blend happens as you inhale rather than in the factory.

You change the ratio by pressing the side button, which cycles through six positions. The screen shows the current mix so you always know where you are. Nothing has to be disassembled and there is no refilling — the flavor pairing is fixed by the model you buy, but the balance between the two is yours.

The six blend ratios

SettingFlavor A / Flavor BWhat it tastes like
1100 / 0Pure Flavor A — the device behaves like a normal single-flavor disposable
280 / 20A dominant, B as a background note
360 / 40A leads, B clearly present
450 / 50Even blend — the pairing as the brand intended it
540 / 60B leads, A supports
60 / 100Pure Flavor B

One practical note: retailers publish the ratios as percentages, but on the device itself the indicator is a stepped graphic rather than printed numbers. You learn the positions by taste within the first day, not by reading them off the screen.

The screen also separates battery from e-liquid — battery as bars along the top, liquid level as dots along the bottom. That two-gauge approach matters more than it sounds: a single combined bar tells you nothing about which resource is about to run out, and on a 20mL device you want to know whether to reach for the cable or start shopping.

Normal Mode vs Burst Mode

Normal ModeBurst Mode
Rated puffsUp to 40,000Up to 20,000
DrawAirier, coolerTighter, warmer
VaporStandardNoticeably denser
Liquid per puffLowerHigher

The 40,000-puff number on the box is a Normal Mode figure. Run it in Burst and you get roughly half. This is the standard trap across the big-puff category — the headline rating always assumes the gentlest setting, and almost nobody vapes exclusively on the gentlest setting.

Battery and charging

An 800mAh cell over USB Type-C, with pass-through charging so you can vape while it is plugged in. A full charge takes around 95 minutes, which is slow for a cell this size.

Hands-on testing puts consumption at roughly 2.5mL of liquid per charge cycle. Against the 20mL fill, that works out to about eight charges across the life of the device — useful arithmetic when you are deciding whether to carry a cable.

The habit that protects flavor is the same on every large-format disposable: top it up when it drops low rather than running it flat. Coils pushed by a dying battery are where the burnt taste at the end of a device usually comes from — the underlying reason is covered in our piece on mesh coils and battery chemistry.

Where it falls short

Three honest criticisms, and the first is the one the spec sheet will never tell you.

  • There is no adjustable airflow. You can tune the flavor ratio precisely but not the draw, and reviewers consistently report the airflow is loose enough to thin out the very blend the device exists to create. Burst Mode tightens things and helps, at the cost of half your puff count.
  • Charging is slow. Roughly 95 minutes for 800mAh is behind the class.
  • The blend is only as good as the pairing. You cannot choose the two flavors — they come fixed per model. If one half of a pairing does not appeal, two of your six settings are wasted and a third is compromised.

Cost per 1,000 puffs

This is where the MyFlavor makes its strongest case. At a current U.S. street price of $9.99:

ModePriceRated puffsCost per 1,000
Normal$9.9940,000$0.25
Burst$9.9920,000$0.50

For comparison, a 50,000-puff device at $16.99 works out to $0.34 per 1,000. Even in Burst Mode the MyFlavor is competitive; in Normal Mode it is one of the cheapest ways to buy puffs in the 40K class right now. Note that $9.99 reflects clearance pricing — the device launched around $16.99, which puts it at $0.42 per 1,000 at full price and changes the calculation considerably.

Which flavors are actually in stock

The published lineup runs to roughly a dozen pairings, but availability across U.S. retailers has thinned considerably. Currently stocked pairings:

  • Blue Razz Ice
  • Mixed Mint
  • Orange Strawberry
  • Strawberry Mint Candy
  • Tangerine White Gummy
  • Triple Berry Grape
  • Watermelon Mango Peach

Each name describes the two profiles the device blends between, which is why the pairings read longer than a normal flavor name. Several U.S. sellers now list the full range as sold out, so the practical choice is narrower than the marketing suggests.

Who it is for

Buy it if you get bored of a single flavor before you finish a device, you want the cheapest puffs in the 40K class, or you like the idea of a mint that you can turn up on a Monday and down on a Friday.

Skip it if flavor intensity matters more to you than flavor variety. The loose airflow works against the blending, and a well-made single-flavor 40K will hit harder for the same money. Also skip it if you need a fast recharge.

Where to buy it

Both of our retail partners currently list the Adjust MyFlavor 40K at the $9.99 clearance price with the same seven pairings in stock:

Several larger retailers still list it at $12.99 to $14.99, and a number have gone fully out of stock, so check availability before comparing on price alone. Adults 21+ only.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Adjust MyFlavor 40K change flavors?

It holds two flavors in two separate tanks feeding dual mesh coils. Pressing the side button cycles through six blend ratios, from 100% of the first flavor to 100% of the second, and the screen shows which ratio is active.

How many flavor settings does the Adjust MyFlavor have?

Six: 100/0, 80/20, 60/40, 50/50, 40/60 and 0/100. The two end positions give you each flavor on its own, so a single device effectively works as two single-flavor vapes plus four blends.

Does the Adjust MyFlavor really last 40,000 puffs?

The 40,000 rating applies to Normal Mode only. Burst Mode roughly halves it to 20,000 because it drives the coils harder and consumes more liquid per puff. Real-world totals also depend on puff length.

What is the difference between Normal and Burst Mode?

Burst Mode delivers a tighter, warmer draw with denser vapor. Normal Mode is airier and cooler and preserves the full puff count. Burst also makes the flavor blending easier to taste, since the looser airflow in Normal Mode tends to thin the blend out.

How long does the Adjust MyFlavor take to charge?

About 95 minutes for a full charge of the 800mAh battery over USB Type-C. It supports pass-through charging, so you can vape while it is plugged in. Consumption runs around 2.5mL per charge cycle.

Can you refill the Adjust MyFlavor 40K?

No. It is a sealed disposable with 20mL of pre-filled e-liquid across its two tanks. The flavor pairing is fixed at manufacture; only the ratio between the two is adjustable.

Is the Adjust MyFlavor worth it at $9.99?

At clearance pricing it works out to $0.25 per 1,000 puffs in Normal Mode, which is among the lowest in the 40K class and makes the blending feature essentially free. At its original $16.99 the value case is much weaker, since $0.42 per 1,000 puts it in line with devices that hit harder.
